Ibadan poly gets radio station licence

The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State, on Monday, announced that it had secured an operating licence for its Radio Station from the National Broadcasting Commission, Abuja.

The Dean, Faculty of Financial and Management Studies, Mojeed Lawal, announced this during a press conference to herald the activities marking the 35th-38th combined convocation of the institution in Ibadan, the state capital.

Lawal, who is the Chairman of the Convocatiom Planning Committee, further announced that a 72-room office complex built to boost the institution’s Internally Generated Revenue would be inaugurated alongside the radio station by the state Governor, Seyi Makinde, on Friday.
