University Of Ibadan Admission Clearance Documents For Newly Admitted Students

This is to inform all candidates offered provisional admission into the University Of Ibadan for the 2022/2023 academic session that the Admission clearance exercise may commence anytime from now.
I’ve made a list of documents you’ll need as a Fresh Student for your Admission Clearance exercise according to the documents used for the Previous Admission Clearance exercises in the University of Ibadan.

UI ADMISSION CLEARANCE PROCEDURE.

Candidates are requested to bring the underlisted documents for the clearance. exercise:

1. Biodata and Acceptance Fee Forms to be filled online and downloaded from the University of Ibadan Admissions webpage.
2. Original and photocopies of Candidate’s Institution and candidate’s copies of the Admission Letter (To be printed from jamb website)
3. Original and 2 photocopies of the UTME Result Slip.(Not the UTME results Notification)

4. Original and 2 photocopies of the credentials uploaded for the screening exercise – SSCE/GCE/CAMBRIDGE O/LEVEL.
5. About Thirty (30) recent passport size photographs. This is going to be used for registrations at different points.

6. Original and 2 photocopies of Birth Certificate and Immunization Card. Certificates issued by private hospitals and religious institutions are not acceptable. (The University may nor request for this, but try to have it as your documents. Some faculties requested for the Birth Certificate)

7. Two letters of reference from two reputable persons on Letter-Head Papers addressed to the Registrar of the University

8. Original copy of payment receipt for N50,000.00 Acceptance Fee.

9. Two letters of reference from two reputable persons on Letterhead papers addressed to the Hall Warden of the Hostel you’ll be allocated to.

Candidates are advised to go online to download, fill and bring along for the clearance exercise the following forms at http://admissions.ui.edu.ng/

  • Medical Form
  • Undertaking Form
  • JAMB Form B001 and B003
