“The LagosHoms LASU project is a promise kept to the university community as part of the present administration’s deliberate policy of attending to workers’ welfare.

“I urge the university community to take ownership of the project, safeguard it and put it to good utilisation when delivered because it will no doubt ameliorate the challenge of housing deficit for the university staff members.”

In her address, the Vice Chancellor of the Lagos State University, Prof Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, thanked the state government and noted that the prompt delivery of the scheme will help to address a strategic aspect of the institution’s welfare programme for its workers as it will be a huge relief to the beneficiaries.
