Senator Monday Okpebholo sworn in as Edo State Governor

Senator Monday Okpebholo, the newly elected Governor of Edo State, and his deputy, Dennis Idahosa, were officially sworn in on Tuesday.

The Chief Justice of the state, Daniel Okungbowa, administered the oath of office to the state’s top officials at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium.
During the ceremony, both leaders pledged to uphold the constitution, operate within its guidelines, and prioritize the welfare of Edo State’s residents.

Supporters gathered at the stadium, cheering throughout the oath-taking, signifying the start of a new administration in the state.
