Uproar As Wike, Umahi, El-Rufai Make President Tinubu’s Ministerial Nominees List

The list of cabinet nominees for President Bola Tinubu’s administration arrived at the National Assembly on Thursday.

According to news reports, the President’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, presented Tinubu’s cabinet list to the Senate on Thursday afternoon.

At exactly 01:19 p.m., the former Speaker of the House of Representatives submitted the list to Senate President Godswill Akpabio.

Following that, Akpabio read the ministerial list, which included 28 nominations.

Former governors were among the technocrats named as ministerial nominees on the list.

Former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike read President Tinubu’s ministerial list on the Senate floor on Thursday afternoon.

Ex-Governor of Ebonyi State, Dave Umahi made the list.

Also on the list is the former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, who was announced during plenary on Thursday.
